Local 49 and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Minnesota have reached a tentative agreement for the Minnesota Highway/Heavy Agreement.
A vote is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026.
If you work under this agreement, please go to the nearest location listed below between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. to vote. You must vote in person.
