Jenny Winkelaar

Jenny Winkelaar has joined the IUOE Local 49 team as the Director of Workforce & Community Development. She has nearly 15 years industry experience, with an emphasis on apprenticeship readiness training involving both traditional and non-traditional populations. She has been recognized for her community work at local, state and national levels.
