Pension
- All eligible employees of the corporation earn vesting credit for their time employed with the corporation, if they do not have a prior Initial Participation Date in the Central Pension Fund

- Employer does not incur administration costs for the pension plan
Wages
- Fixed costs: know in advance what the increases will be, if any - including the health care cost variable
- Only pay additional costs on wages (SS, unemployment, workers comp.)
